A central entrance leads into two separate bar areas. The area on the left doubles up as a function room if required; the area to the right is divided into several smaller areas including one which is raised. The bar sits in the middle of the two rooms and features a couple of handpumps on either side. The interior of the pub is bright and comfortable and there are several plasma televisions scattered around the place, encouraging those wanting a quiet pint in front of the telly except when one of the local Merseyside teams is playing when it can get quite noisy. A quiz is held on Wednesday night and the pub regularly hosts entertainment, usually on a Saturday night.
